I specialize in care for adolescents, college-age, and young adults, but I am glad to partner with anyone willing to strive for a happier, healthier future!

I work collaboratively with my clients using a holistic approach. I want you to feel seen, heard, and free from judgment. I am happy to work with each individual to tailor care to their unique situation.

I understand that everyone has endured trials, and I want you to know that you deserve compassionate care no matter who you are, where you come from, or what your story may be. I will work with you, utilizing evidence-based tools to help improve your quality of life. Above all else, I strive to empower you to achieve your mental health goals.
