Billing & Insurance FAQs

How do I know if my insurance is accepted?

We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and Quest Behavioral. More providers are coming soon. We recommend calling your member services to verify coverage for psychiatric services.

What is the difference between copay and deductible?

A copay is a fixed amount you pay at each visit. A deductible is the total amount you must pay out-of-pocket before your insurance begins to cover costs. Plans vary significantly, so please check your specific benefits.

Do you offer a sliding scale or self-pay options?

Yes, we offer competitive self-pay rates for individuals without out-of-network coverage or who prefer not to use insurance. Please reach out for our current rate schedule.

How does billing work for telehealth?

Payments are processed securely online through our patient portal. We handle the submission of insurance claims for you if we are in-network through a billing service. For out-of-network, we can provide superbills for reimbursement.
